The number of condos sold in February was down this month from January.  But the number of interested buyers looking to take advantage of this tax credit has definitely increased.  This credit expires at the end of April 30, 2010, which means all contracts must be submitted before this date.  Contact me for more information about how to take advantage of this credit.

This price range has many investment opportunities for someone looking to get into the Oxford, MS Real Estate market. 
 
One condo between 100k-150k sold this month.
This is a good range for condos in the area near the Ole Miss Campus.  Edinburgh Place and Harris Grove are just a few of the subdivisions that are in this range very near the campus. 
 
One condo above 400k sold in Febrauary.
This is the reason why this months' average is so high.  If you are looking in this range, then you have plenty of options near the Oxford Square.  Many high-end units are available in the area and are worth a look if considering a downtown condo.
