Condos listed at 100k-150k sold for: About  96.6% of listed price

This price range seems to always be the highest number sold in terms of number of units.  There were 12 condos that sold in this price range in the month of July. With plenty more deals out there, anyone can find what they are looking for in the Oxford community.

 


Condos listed from 150k to 200k sold for: About  95.52% of listed price

Only one condo sold in this range, but obviously this person got a great deal.

Condos listed above 500k sold for: About  93.81% of listed price.
